I’ve been a lover of dollhouses since my sweet grandparents built one for me as a little girl.  My grandpa constructed the house and furniture by hand and my grandma handled all of the textiles and decorating.  Several years ago, I decided to decorate my own and the rest is history!  I love using the IKEA Flisat dollhouse as a base and customizing from there.  Occasionally, I will post renovated thrifted dollhouses.  For kiddos on the go, there is a whole line of suitcase dollhouses.  I’m obsessed with them!  They’re perfect to take to their grandparents’ house, on vacation, or for when you just want something a little smaller - but equally as much fun - as a traditional dollhouse.
